Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore included in this latest image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
